This unique approach to shamppooing was certainly worth trying. It starts off as a powder but then turns into a soapy-foamy-like texture once mixed with the water. You want to make sure your hair and palms are wet prior to application. This helps the powder stay put while you massage it into your scalp.I think it works really well! My hair looks and feels clean after each use. The clarifying factor is great for removing oil and product build-up. Also, if you're someone who avoids heavily scented shampoos, then you may be happy with this powder. The scent is extremely subtle and doesn't linger at all.I really like how accessible the product is, too. There is a button near the cap that releases a pre-measured amount needed to wash your hair. Easy peasy! I don't have to worry about power squeezing or shaking a bottle to retrieve it like I do on liquid shampoos. If that didn't steal the cake, then how about the fact that it's free of harmful chemicals like parabens, sulfates, and minerals?!I'm completely sold on this powder shampoo! It's lightweight, effective, and easy to use. Although I would have preferred more of a scent, I'm still very pleased with the product overall!
